These Terms of Purchase ("Terms") govern your purchase of products—premium Keyboards, Keycaps, Switches, Gaming Mice, Controllers, Cables, and accessories designed for tech enthusiasts, gamers, and typists—from our website (the "Site"). By placing an order on the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.
1. Order Placement & Confirmation
When you place an order on the Site, you are making a binding offer to purchase the selected RobertKeyboards peripherals. We reserve the right to accept or reject your order in our sole discretion, such as in cases of out-of-stock items, incomplete or inaccurate order information, suspected fraudulent activity, or pricing errors.
You will receive an automated order confirmation email immediately after submitting your order, which acknowledges receipt but does not constitute formal acceptance. A formal acceptance email will be sent once your payment is verified and your order is processed for shipment.
2. Payment Terms

By providing your payment information, you warrant that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that all information provided is accurate and complete.
Payment will be processed immediately upon order submission. If payment is declined, your order will not be processed, and we will notify you via email to resolve the issue. 3. Shipping & Delivery
We offer free shipping worldwide for all orders, with no additional shipping fees applied at checkout. Order processing and shipment will be completed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays), ensuring your premium peripherals—from mechanical keyboards and custom keycaps to gaming mice and cables—are dispatched promptly with the care they deserve to protect their precision components.
The estimated delivery time for all orders is 6-12 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery timelines are estimates only and may be affected by external factors such as customs clearance, local postal delays, or unforeseen events. We are not liable for delays caused by these factors, but will keep you updated on any significant shipping disruptions that may impact your order.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched. It is your responsibility to provide a complete, accurate shipping address; we are not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect address information, especially for delicate peripherals that may be damaged during rerouting.
4. Returns & Exchanges
You may return any eligible RobertKeyboards peripherals for a refund or exchange within 60 calendar days from the date of delivery. Eligible items must be in their original, unused, and undamaged condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact, and no signs of wear, installation, testing, or modification—especially critical for precision components like mechanical switches, keycaps, and gaming mouse sensors.
Customized or made-to-order items (e.g., personalized keycaps, custom-built keyboards, modified cables) are non-returnable unless defective. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at service@gfavora.com with your order number and reason for the request to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
5. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item (usually within 5-7 business days of receipt) and confirm it meets eligibility requirements, we will initiate the refund within 1-2 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, and the entire process (including processing by your payment provider) will take 5-10 business days.
Refunds will include the full product price (in USD) and align with our global free shipping policy. We will send you an email notification once the refund has been initiated. If you do not receive the refund within the expected timeframe, please contact your payment provider first, as delays may occur on their end.

All product prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change without prior notice.
